1. Introduction and Corporate Identity
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ResonateSkills platform and secure learning portal. ResonateSkills is a brand operated by Resonate, a registered partnership firm with its registered office in Delhi and operational office in Bangalore, Karnataka. By purchasing a course, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Resonate.
2. Cookies and Session Management
We use "Cookies" to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. Without these cookies, you would be required to enter your login details every time you visit the website.
2. Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and enroll in our programs. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Usage and Restrictions
Upon enrollment, your learning account is provisioned for your individual use only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any third party. Simultaneous logins from multiple IP addresses will trigger automated account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Resonate holds all exclusive rights, title, and interest in and to all platform content. This includes video modules, live session recordings, study materials, curriculum architecture, and text.
6. Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment
Resonate enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment, hate speech, bullying, or disruptive behavior during live sessions and inside community forums. You are strictly prohibited from privately recording other students or sharing their personal information. Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate, permanent expulsion from the Resonate portal without a refund.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend all scheduled live classes and complete assignments to maintain a positive learning environment. Resonate is not responsible for learning deficiencies resulting from absenteeism or failure to complete core curriculum milestones.
8. Course Access Duration and Expiry
Access to the Resonate learning portal, course recordings, and digital study materials is granted for a specific duration corresponding to the plan purchased, which is subject to expiry as stated at the time of purchase. Resonate does not provide perpetual or lifetime access unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Exclusion of External Materials and Examination Fees
Course fees cover access to the Resonate learning portal, live instruction, and proprietary digital resources only. Unless explicitly specified in writing, physical books and third-party published materials are not included in the course fee. The fee does not include exam registration fees charged by independent external certifying bodies (such as the Goethe-Institut or TELC).
10. Limitation of Liability regarding Outcomes and External Certifications
Resonate provides educational content and guidance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as visa approvals, job placements, or Goethe/TELC exam results. Our services are supplementary to your own preparation and effort. Course completion does not guarantee external certification, employment, or immigration status.
11. Monetary Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resonate’s entire liability shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific course or program purchased. In no event shall Resonate be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
12. Payment Defaults and Chargebacks
In the event of a failed installment payment, disputed transaction, or fraudulent chargeback initiated via Razorpay or your issuing bank, Resonate reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the Resonate portal and all associated course materials. Access will only be restored once the outstanding balance, along with any administrative penalty fees levied by the payment aggregator, is cleared in full.
13. General Termination of Service
Resonate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or refund, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Resonate reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any cohort due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. If Resonate cancels a course, enrolled learners will be offered the choice between a free transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
15. Typographical and Pricing Errors
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, clerical, or technical error, Resonate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under that listing. If your payment has already been processed for an incorrectly priced transaction, Resonate will immediately issue a full credit refund to your original payment account and void the order.
16. Platform Uptime, Maintenance, and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Resonate platform and services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resonate expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Resonate reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for scheduled server maintenance, software updates, or emergency repairs without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned downtime.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resonate, its partners, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
18. User Feedback and Submissions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you to Resonate regarding the platform or curriculum shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Resonate. Resonate shall be free to use, modify, publish, and distribute such suggestions for any purpose without any credit, royalty, or compensation to you.
19. Force Majeure
Resonate shall not be held liable for any delay, failure in performance, or interruption of services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, internet or telecommunications outages, government orders, or any other events beyond our reasonable operational control.

Resonate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
23. Shipping and Delivery
23.1. Digital Delivery Protocol
ResonateSkills delivers all educational products and services digitally. We do not ship physical goods, books, or hardware.
23.2. Access and Provisioning
Upon successful payment processing via our secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) , your learning account is instantly and automatically provisioned. You will receive an automated email containing your secure login credentials and a direct link to access your dashboard on the Resonate Portal.
23.3. Delivery Timelines and Troubleshooting
Digital delivery is immediate. In the event of a server delay or syncing failure, platform access will be manually provisioned within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you experience any issues accessing your digital course, please check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email and ensure you are using the correct email address to log in. If access is still unavailable, please contact support@resonateskills.com immediately.
23.4. No Shipping Charges
Since all our core products and services are digital, there are no shipping or handling charges for course purchases.
